Training:

• Flatrock is available to perform on-site training throughout the United States. We will provide the staff with the tools necessary to ensure continuing program compliance.

Construction & Lease-up Monitoring:

• Flatrock can help manage and monitor the entire construction and lease-up process for new projects and projects undergoing rehabilitation. Services include, but are not limited to performing market review and advisory services, hiring qualified inspectors, and completing required client and investor progress reports.

Financial Analysis:

• Flatrock can perform monthly, quarterly, annual, and/or budgetary financial analysis for one property or a portfolio of properties. We can prepare reports in a variety of formats to fit the exact specifications of our clients.
