Jonathan Campbell, President

Mr. Campbell, HCCP, is founder and President of Flatrock Partners. Before starting Flatrock, he served as a Senior Asset Manager for The Richman Group Affordable Housing Corporation, where he was responsible for the oversight of approximately one fifth of the Company's portfolio. Over his tenure, his portfolio had included over 250 properties comprised of 20,000 units in over 20 states. Prior to his employment at The Richman Group, Mr. Campbell served as a consultant at Mars & Company, a management consulting firm where he performed strategic and financial analysis for Fortune 500 clients and their international equivalents.

Mr. Campbell attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY where he earned a degree in Economics. Mr. Campbell has earned the designation of Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and NAHB Multifamily.

Meredith Bullock

Ms. Bullock, HCCP, began her career at Lehman Brothers, where she worked as a financial analyst in the Global Real Estate Group. She helped to successfully close transactions in debt, equity, private equity, and CMBS underwriting and offered strategic advisory alternatives for corporate and institutional clients. Along with her experience in the capital markets, she has worked with the NYC Economic Development Corporation, focusing on the development of low income housing on Manhattan's West side.

Ms. Bullock completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She continued her academic career at Columbia University and The London School of Economics, where she received her Dual Masters in Public Administration (MPA) in Public and Economic Policy with a focus on Affordable Housing Alternatives. Ms. Bullock has earned the designation of Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and NAHB Multifamily.
